Werewolf Character

One of the characters in Victorian Four is a werewolf so I drew a practice sketch of him, liked how it turned out, and ended up inking it as well.

Completed Victorian Four Cover Art

I'm not used to colouring at all so this took longer than I would have liked but it's finally finished. Now that it's over I can go back to working on my personal project and learning expressions. The four on this cover were allowed to be serious but there's no way I can get away with that forever.

Cover Inks

Here's the cover fully inked along with the addition of a pipe for Sherlock. I'm fairly happy with how it turned out. Hopefully the colours will look alright once I complete those as well.

These are the completed pencils for a cover I'm working on. I don't really like inking my own stuff but I think I'm actually looking forward to inking this page.

Some Character Designs

The first sketch of a character for a steampunk-ish short story I worked on with writer Sam Noir. She is Madam Curie but her exposure to radiation makes her change into "Mrs Hyde." It probably wont be the final design for later projects but, for now, it stays. Except for the cane. I don't like the cane anymore.

Just some random practice sketches of whatever heads happened to pop out of my own. I'll probably use them as some characters for my own comic that I'll be working on very soon.  Pretty happy with them at the moment but I definitely want to get much better.

The Walking Dud

This is one of the panels for a 1 page Walking Dead parody that I'm working on for writer Sam Noir. It's pretty much the only panel that I can post without giving anything away.

And this is the first half of a Batman parody for the same writer. I can't take all the credit for this one though. It was inked and coloured by the VERY talented Dave Franciosa. This page is the first I had ever drawn and I didn't do a particularly good job but he worked wonders with what I gave him.
